Targeted Individuals are people who are victims of secret directed energy weapons. They are a small innocent group of people to experiment on to improve mind control weapons, which are normaly not detected by the victims, about 80% of the worlds population. It's Mossad, MI5/6 and NSA in the Western world being responsible for enslaving and torturing most of the humans on this planet. How the intelligence agencies in China are called I, Dr. Henning Witte (expert on Mind Control since 2011), dont know.
This film from US-group Targeted Justice is important because they let the victims, the Targeted Individuals, speak. They also fokus on the MK-Ultra history. But they do not mention the most important topics because they are under Mind Control:
- Hitler started with mind control research under Dr. Mengele, who later got employed by the CIA under the names Dr. White, Black or Green.
- Not one word that there have been two World Conferences against Mind Control: November 2014 in Brussels, Belgium, and October 2015 in Berlin, Germany.
- The very important US whistleblowers William Binney and Edward Snowden (NSA, which is not mentioned once in this inadequate film!) are not part of this film. Neither Dr. Robert Duncan or Dr. Barrie Trower whistleblower from British MI5.
