President Obama started March 2011 the Bioethical Commission to prevent new human guinea pigs in medical research. More than 20 Mind Control targeted individuals gave their testimony, se below, after the introduction on CNN.

By the way, the Bioethical Commission leader Dr. Amy Gutmann, president of the University of Pennsylvania, seems to be mind controlled herself, she is speaking in an absent minded way.
